Data quickly becomes stale, and maintaining synchronization with the live service is difficult, resulting in inaccurate or incomplete records. An alternative approach, involving site surveys to recapture data from the organization, introduces its own set of challenges: lost information, incorrectly completed forms, and long completion times, all of which can lead to costly delays and errors in the migration process.
